Movement training is an effective way to improve mobility, control, and proprioception. How we train in the gym often falls short of how our bodies actually move. Our bodies are arranged in spirals and not straight lines. Learning new movements and taking our practise outdoors has a tremendous amount of benefit for our bodies and brains. Outdoor classes are a chance to practise new movements, gain mobility and connect with others.
